Venture Advancements LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates AI Content Vault (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

- Profile Information: Industry, content preferences, brand guidelines, avatar
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers
- Content Data: Topics, prompts, and AI-generated content you create using the Service
- Communications: Messages you send to our support team, feedback, and surveys
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, content generated, time spent on Service
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, error logs
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: Session cookies, preference cookies, analytics (see Section 8)
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- OAuth Providers: If you sign in with Google or GitHub, we receive your name and email
- Payment Processor: Stripe provides transaction status and subscription details

We use the information we collect to:

AI Content Generation: Your prompts are sent to Anthropic Claude for content generation. Anthropic processes this data according to their privacy policy. We do not use your prompts to train AI models.

7. Other State Privacy Rights
Virginia (VCDPA)
Virginia residents have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of personal data, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of data, and profiling.
Colorado (CPA)
Colorado residents have similar rights including access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out rights. You may also use a universal opt-out mechanism.
Connecticut (CTDPA)
Connecticut residents have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, and opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling.
Utah (UCPA)
Utah residents have rights to access, delete, and obtain a copy of personal data, and to opt out of sale and targeted advertising.
Appeal Process: If we decline your privacy request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@contentvault-ai.com with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond within 60 days.
9. Data Retention
We retain your information as follows:
- Account Data: Until you delete your account, plus 30 days recovery period
- Generated Content: Until you delete it or your account
- Payment Records: 7 years for tax and legal compliance
- Usage Logs: 90 days for security and debugging
- Support Communications: 2 years after resolution
10. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for stored data
- Secure password hashing (bcrypt)
- Regular security audits and vulnerability testing
- Access controls and authentication requirements
- Employee security training
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to security@contentvault-ai.com.
11. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@contentvault-ai.com. If we discover we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
12. International Users
AI Content Vault is operated from the United States. If you are accessing our Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using our Service, you consent to this transfer.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights. Please contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
